Engineering & Project Management
Engineering work does not begin with a closed specification. It begins with an analysis of the client's problem: what needs to be solved, what alternatives exist and which technology is best suited to each case. Based on that analysis, the Group develops the complete technical solution, from conceptual engineering through to commissioning support.
Project management is part of the same area: planning, contractor coordination, cost control and technical supervision of execution. It can be contracted independently or combined with the operation of the resulting facility.

Plant Operations
The Group manages the technical operation of industrial waste treatment facilities: continuous plant operation, preventive and corrective maintenance, monitoring of operational indicators and coordination of the team required to ensure their performance.
Experience gained across different types of facility — packaging sorting, industrial and municipal waste treatment — enables the Group to take on the operational management of its own plants, plants in which it holds a stake and third-party plants, applying the same technical standards.

Waste Management
The Group provides specialised waste management services for companies, industries and public authorities. The activity covers collection, transport, treatment and recovery, ensuring at all times compliance with the technical, environmental and regulatory requirements applicable to each type of waste.
The service is adapted to the needs of each organisation in terms of waste type, volume, frequency and traceability requirements. The Group has specialised facilities for this activity in Bizkaia and Araba.
